In June 2025, Ireland experienced a 7.8% year-on-year increase in residential property prices, maintaining the same rate as May's revised figure. Nationally, house prices rose by 8.0%, up from the previous month's 7.9%. However, the growth in apartment prices decelerated to 6.6%, compared to 7.0% in May. Analyzing regional trends, property prices in Dublin increased by 6.6%, a slight decrease from May's 6.8% rise. In contrast, prices outside Dublin saw an 8.8% increase, compared to 8.6% the previous month. On a month-to-month basis, residential property prices saw a 0.9% rise in June, marking the most substantial increase since November 2024, following a 0.6% increase in May.
