In October 2025, house prices in Norway experienced a month-on-month increase of 0.6%, compared to the 0.4% rise observed in September. By the end of the month, the average home price reached NOK 4,873,238. Throughout October, a total of 10,354 homes were sold, marking a 4.7% increase from the same period in the previous year. The average time to sell a property in October was 48 days, slightly longer than the 46 days recorded in September. Notably, Bergen and Stavanger, along with their surrounding areas, had the shortest selling periods at 19 days, while Follo had the longest, taking 76 days. Regionally, Stavanger and Tromsø reported the strongest price growth at 1.4% and 1.2%, respectively. Conversely, Drammen and its neighboring areas experienced a slight decline of 0.5%. Annually, house prices rose by 5.8% in October, representing the most significant year-on-year increase in six months, following steady growth of 5.5% over the previous two months.
