Though these factors have led to a short-term decline, the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) anticipates an increase in gas prices in the coming months. This is buoyed by the projection of rising LNG exports and the anticipated seasonal demand surge from the power generation sector. The United States continues to hold its status as the leading global LNG exporter, backed by robust international demand.
